SOLVED Keyboard not working as it should!

Hello, Windows 10 updated over the weekend and now we can't use some of the keys!

Specifically we can't use the @ symbol normally (it's now found by pressing shift and 2), also we can't find the 'pound sign'!

Please help!

Sounds like it may have change the language. Right click the start icon and select "Language"
Select "Options"
You should see a small Windows with your keyboard input. In you case, It may not be saying English
If so, double click it and select the correct language (add an input method)
In the previous window, if this has been the problem, you will now see two languages. remove the one you do not want.
