SOLVED Latest Windows 10 Update Problem

I installed the latest update on 14 May, 2016, then found that Windows Live Mail 2012 would not open. The little circle went round a couple of times, then nothing. I did a system restore to the 12 May, 2016 and Windows Live Mail worked again. Therefore, it seems clear something in the update caused the problem. Shame on Microsoft!

I like to install updates, but I hope someone can tell me what is causing the problem and how I can install the update without stopping Windows Live Mail from working.

By chance there was something wrong with the first attempt, have you tried updating a second time?

try downloding Windows Live Mail 2009 it works better then the 2012 ms as some issues in 2012 and windows 10 the did a pach but it still not working as it should so they claim that 2009 work better in windows 10

I tried installing the updates again and Windows Live Mail worked this time.
