Library folders merged, can't undo

Since I often override the existing default save locations (documents/downloads, etc) to desktop, I thought I'd just change them all to desktop. That was a horrible idea, as programs install to documents, music, and others.

Unfortunately, I can't put it back. All the icons say "desktop" now, and when I change one, it changes the others. Restoring default location isn't working.

Help!

Agreed.
Have you considered using System Restore to go pack to an earlier point in time prior to you having made those changes?
