Limited Wifi after 10 upgrade

I recently upgraded my Dell 2320 Inspiron all in one to Windows 10 and since doing so I am greeted with the limited internet connection problem (wifi). I have tried the TCIP reset suggested in another forum I read however this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas on what I can do as this is my home office computer.

I have the same problem on my Dell Inspiron 5423; WiFi is stuck on limited. I have tried lots of solutions available on the internet.
