Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Bluetooth Mouse keeps stopping

and I need to reboot computer to get it running again. I also use a Logitech MS Keys a Bluetooth keyboard off the same tongle plugged into a USB 3 port.

Have you tried the dongle plugged into a USB 2 port? I have one that is not reliable on USB 3 ports.

I only have UBS 3 ports however the computer manual indicates that these ports will perform anything made for USB 2 ports

The USB 3 ports are supposed to "fall back" to USB 2 specs but that may not always work, have seen older Printers lose their connection about halfway through a page with USB 3 but not with USB 2

Have you checked in BIOS (UEFI) that Legacy USB is enabled?. There may or may not be an option in BIOS (UEFI) on your computer!.
