Hi Roxane,

I don't know about IE11 but I would use Edge Browser over it as it is safer than IE11, or any other web browser of your choice!. Maybe not helpful to you but that is all I can suggest. :)

Hold the Windows logo key down while striking the R key on your keyboard.
In the run dialog box type
%userprofile%
hit enter or click OK
Open the Favorites folder
Is it empty?

I agree with Wolfie....
Edge or practically any other web browser would probably be a better choice.
IE has pretty much been set aside by Microsoft

LOng time since I used IE, so, from fading memory, don't you have to import the favourites first (from the user folder)?
