Messed up registry and have no admin rights

somehow i was playing around in registry under CLSID and now i cant find my original account, i have several default accounts, and the admin account is set as local group and i have no clue what password is or what to do, i have no admin rights

do you have any restore points set?, if you remember your original PW for your admin account, it should revert back to that if you use a restore point?:
