Does anybody know anything about Microsoft Passport? I'm reading the info on Technet and it seems to be implying that MS Passport allows users to automatically sign into web based systems without entering an extra password, assuming they're entered their PIN when they first start up.
I'm looking at this from a work perspective - we're a large enterprise and this would amazing if staff could access externally hosted systems without the need for another password. I fear however that i'm being a little too hopeful in my interpretation! I see that the PIN is linked to a device, but even so, that would help many users if this is indeed what it means.
Am I being too hopeful here or does it depend entirely entirely on our security setup!?
