Generally speaking Microsoft Support for their Server products can be obtained as part of the purchase package or can be purchased "per-incident"

This is a Windows 10 forum and.....
While there are a few of us on here that have some server experience, it's usually dated to older server products NT Server, 2000 Server, etc.
My own personal experience pretty much halted with Server 2005
