Microsoft Solitaire Collection Works Only from Administrator Account

I installed Microsoft Solitaire Collection from the Windows Store while logged in to an administrator account because the store wouldn't work from my regular (non-privileged) account. I can play any of the games fine from the administrator account but when I click on the name from the start menu, it just flashes and quits. How do I get it to work from a non-privileged account?
