Missing storage

hello,
please I've a problem with my computer runing on Windows 10 and I'll need your help .

In fact, I want to factory reset my windows 10; naturally i've to empty at least 8 Go on the disk. The problem is that after deleting all my files and uninstalling all the programs, I cant have 8 Go. Means that they are some hidden files that have not been deleted.

Please someone can know how to help me???

are you talking about your main HDD/SSD drive or a USB stick?.

If you want to reset Windows and don't care about any files or data you have on the drive, see the following link.

You need to FORMAT the Drive first then you can clean install or Factory Reset.
