When I use the mouse wheel, it affects the window (or the control within it) directly under the mouse pointer, and not the active window/control as it used to. I got this change in behaviour when win10 installed.
This seems like a "ease of access" setting, but I can't find how to change it.
I want the mouse wheel to act on the active window/control - not the one under the pointer, because if you happen to move the pointer a little you start sending mouse wheel messages to the wrong control.
