This morning when I logged on my Surface Pro (1), my Micosoft Wedge mouse quit working after it finished installing a Win 10 update.
The mouse shows up in Device Mgr/Bluetooth, and it says it is working properly, but it isn't. I've tried reinstalling the driver, and checking bluetooth settings but cannot find what the problem is. Any ideas? I really need the mouse!!!!

Hello Carol, sorry to hear about your problem.
If you are convinced that the update was responsible for your current problem then, you might try this.....
Right click the start button and choose "System"
From the left column choose "System Protection"
Click the "System Restore" button
Click "Next"
You may need to check the box that says "Show more restore points"
Pick a date in time prior to the problem's first occurrence and see if that helps.
If so......
You'll need to make a note of that update because it is likely to strike again.
Next time try using Device manager and see if you have an Option to Roll Back the driver.
