My HP LaserJet CM1015 wont print all the colours...

I thought some of the cartidges had run out of ink, but even after investing in new cartridges the printer won't print red...

I have been told this is a windows 10 update problem..

Suggestions anybody?

(Incidentally, the scanner hasnt worked since i went on to vista!)

The only driver I'm seeing is the generic Universal Print Driver, but.....
I couldn't help but notice that there is a "firmware" update when you choose Windows 10 as the operating system, which is not present for the other OS choices.

I tried that... It gave me a few moments of hope, but makes no difference.. I would be less annoyed (it is an old printer even if it was expensive in its day) if I hadn't just invested about a hundred pounds in two cartridges to replace the two that were very low on ink, one of which apparently wasn't contributiong anything to the printing process.
I rarely print in colour, and the Black gives me no problems, but I had a need to use colour to differentiate calls in a spreadsheet - and that was when I discovered the problem
