My laptop freezes when left inactive for a few minutes

Hello,

My laptop freezes when left inactive for a few minutes and it is a bit slow.

The only option to "unfreeze" it is to power off with the power button to make it work again.

I ran antivirus program, I ran defraggler and ccleaner programs, I checked the power settings & options, and I checked if there is enough space on C (only 10% capacity used)

Any ideas to fix this problem?

Lots of possibilities but first question is whether it happens on AC Power Supply or Battery only.

Of course not having ANY information about the unit is of no help to those who volunteer to help others. It's called System Specs.
