My laptop often freezes all of sudden

This is my first time using windows10 and the laptop is relatively new, but my laptop often freezes all of sudden when I'm doing something. Even pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del wouldn't work at all. So I have to turn it off using the power button. I'm not sure is this the problem of the software or the hardware. Do any of you have similar problem? Thank you

Usually, these are caused by hardware drivers likely you need to get the drivers from the manufacture web page and install them, Windows has a tendency update hardware drivers through Windows Update native windows drivers this is not ok for our notebooks

Could be a piece of malware, or you may just need a driver update.... hard to go on with so little details
