So can you fill in some of the blanks....
What are the specifics for your computer
Manufacturer, Model Name, Model Number complete model number.
Upgrade or clean install
If upgrade from what?
Any problems with the PC prior to the upgrade if upgrade.
How long have you had Windows 10 installed

Is your hard drive detected by the BIOS? It's probable that Windows has lost partition information.
