My wifi adapter keeps moving to usb control

I got a 8811cu wifi adapter but it keeps disconnecting and then I get the error code 43 when ever I try to reconnect it and it says unrecognisable device

It sounds as though you may not have the right driver installed for that device. With it plugged in, go to Device Manager and uninstall the device and driver, then scan for hardware changes (or reboot).
