Browsing sites, click on a site it opens in a new window....that works fine. THEN if I want to open a new tab the third window opens and immediately closes all windows. Then I click Explorer again and this is the screen I get the previous window tabs, a new tab, plus this new one. I can't close any window individually only way is to "start fresh" and close all tabs. It's so frustrating. Just been happening since the last update to Windows 10.

what version of W10 are you using and have you done any more your updates recently?, consider an upgrade if you are using an older version:
