SOLVED No sound after today's update 1903 build 18362.418

No sound after today's update 1903 build 18362.418 was done. Was OK yesterday.

Need help
Getting tired of windows forcing updates on a perfectly running system

That happens to me with any update.

Open Device manager and check your Sound drivers there, via Sound, video and game controllers

In my case it means replacing IDT High Definition with Microsoft's HD Audio driver, then restarting PC.
