Hi,
I have strange sound problem which started very recently. It happened after the update of Windows 10 as well as there were few drivers updated using Advanced System Care. The problem is that microphone works but speakers are not.

My desktop is based on the MSI motherboard with AMD CPU. I have looked at all possible advises as well as I have tried to Unistall and Re-install audio driver after getting it from MSI web-site (version May 2019) but this does not help either. Unfortunately there is no possibility to return to the previous driver version as during the Advanced System Care driver update I have not created the check point.

What can be done about it?

It's not too unusual for your sound settings to have been impacted by an update which may or may not include a driver update.
Open Control Panel and then the "Sound" applet
Check to make sure that the proper device is being used by default.
IF not change it to satisfy your requirements.
