I am 99.9% sure its on my computer but there isent any icon, and I cant find it, can any one help me find it???????????

Maybe in the startup tab in task manager.

Look in Settings, Apps and see if anything Norton shows on the list where it can be installed. McAfee also sometimes has a similar entry that doesn't show on the Start menu.

It Norton is running you should have an icon in the notification part of your taskbar. You can check for installation in control panel under programs and features. to get to control panel just type in control panel then select it in the results. If you don't see it there it's not installed
