SOLVED Not enough room it says

When I go to copy a nearly 6 GB movie in MPEG-TS format from my hard drive to a new USB drive with 14.5 GB unused, the system always says there is not enough room to copy it. From the math I learned there is more than twice enough room to put 6 inside of 14.5, so I'm flummoxed as to what to do to solve this. I tried creating a folder on the USB and copy into that folder, but it made no difference. Still not enough room.

Would appreciate any pointers on what's going on here and can I work around it? Thanks. Larry

Any change it is formatted as fat32? It has a max file size around 4 GB if i remember correctly. Reformat as ntfs and it wil work.
