A friend recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now her Office Pro no longer works. She had 2013 version of Excel and Word. Any suggestions? She's running on a laptop.

What was the previous OS? Was this an actual upgrade or clean install?

Microsoft were aware of issues for pre-installed Office Applications ( including Office 2013 ) after a User upgraded to Windows 10 and provided a special update to resolve this issue some time ago now.
