I am trying to install Windows 10 on a disk of size 200GB. I just need 100GB allocated for Windows 10 OS and the extended partition should allocated for Apps. How can I create a single 200GB drive and partition it as C and D. This is for MCS for Citrix virtual desktop.

Right click the Windows start icon.
Select Disk Management.
Select you HD /C: ?)
Right click C and, in the drop down, select "Shrink"
You can then make a second partitio, in your case +/- 100GBs
Format the now empty second partition (Simple format) and give it a letter - How about V for virtual?
Then ypou can play in V and set up your virtual inside it.
