Outlook 2013 stopped working

I upgraded one of our machine to windows 10 and installed Office 2013. It worked great for about a week, then Outlook stopped working. it will not accept our server information even if inserted manually. it changes the domain for no apparent reason. All other Office 2013 products seem to be working great, but I cannot get Outlook back up. Any help would be most appreciated.

Kindly follow the Steps to solve this problem

1. Right click on the Start button
2. Select Command Prompt (Admin).
3. Type (or paste) sfc /scannow
4. Press Enter

I also suffered this type of situation in which i was unable to access my PST file.Below blog helped me a lot
