"Outlook mail" doesn't mean the same thing to everybody, but...
As best I can determine (at this time), all currently available versions of "Outlook"
Web (browser based)
App (mail)
365 (outlook full application)
Outlook Retail version

Are all still quite available and I haven't heard anything regarding their demise.
Although that could change before I can click "Post reply"

To add about Web (browser based), it used to be Outlook.com which still works. Now Outlook.com and its predecessor Hotmail open at https://outlook.live.com/owa/.

I always think of Outlook (may be called Outlook 365 now I guess) as a desktop application used in a corporate environment that talks to an Exchange server. And I ignore all the other versions with the same name. As you can tell. I don't use Outlook at all.
