Trying to set up my gmail through outlook but it won't accept my password?

If you already have a MS account, it's most likely looking for that account password to let you set up gmail.

All my windows, MS passwords are all the same.

Isn't it needing your Gmail password? I don't use Outlook (Msoutlook?)

That's the one I'm trying to use but it keeps returning that it cannot valid the password

Google will not allow access from Outlook unless you've configured the
"Allow less secure apps:" setting to "ON"
Use Chrome and go to your Gmail Account -> Sign-in & security
Scroll down near the bottom and adjust the slider

WOW! Not only did it work but it worked so fast that after I changed the setting; I opened outlook and boom there it was.

Glad to hear it.
IF your Gmail account was not previously configured to use Outlook, you may also need to
Enable that within your Gmail account, under Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Make sure to click the Save Changes button when you're done.
