Page Scrolls to the top on "all apps" button and drop down boxes don't work.

I have tried the color thing and the suggestions on mouse etc... and yet the problem persists. It just stared doing that today. The first thing I noticed is that the drop down boxes would not stay so I could select something. Then when trying to scroll down on the all apps it forces itself back to the top so I can not select anything. It is quite frustrating. I may have to reload my windows 7 disks. I also tried a new mouse.

It was a simple as unplugging the wireless mouse and putting it back. After two hours of trying and researching it was a simple as that!
