I have a relatively new PC (64-bit) with Windows 10 and run Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. It does run fine, EXCEPT sometimes it won't initiate (recognize when I click on it) - nothing happens. At this point I have to reboot the PC before PSP will accept my click and run. I am not sure what previous sequence of events I have undertaken before this infrequently happens, but I suspect it may have something to do with my Canon Canoscan 440F scanner after I've scanned something to a jpeg file or even to a pdf. However, I am not sure this is the cause. Anyone else with PSP problems on Windows 10, and if so, is there a fix?
