SOLVED pc waking its self up from sleep mode

I cant figure it out, since I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 my pc every night wakes its self from sleep mode. I did the command prompt and it said a wake timer was waking my pc, I have been unable to find a wake timer. Does any one know how to fix this?

It does mention the part about wake timer, but read the whole thing from top to bottom.
They might all be applicable to you.
