Windows 10 Sleep Waking Problem

I have a Asus Z170-a Mother Board with 64 gig of ram. Windows 10 Pro. When the computer wakes out of a sleep it takes up to 45 seconds to respond. I have disabled all the startup programs and it still takes 45 seconds to respond. Is there a way to find out which drivers are causing the problem. I also have a second computer that's Identical in parts and setup that has no problem.

Is there any program set to run at startup like an anti virus/malware program? Perhaps it's doing an early launch/boot-time malware scan.
