Pc wont boot after reset

I performed a reset and got a message of "something went wrong while reseting this pc" olny option is to cancel so i did. After that i picked the option go back to windows 10 and restart this pc, after it restarted it remained on the splash screen of the manufaturer of the pc after 20sec it will rester by itself. Need help on what to do thanks!!

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Do you have a backup of all your critical data?
Do you have a reasonably current disk image of you installation, from which you might recover?
Do you have a copy of the installation media, from which you can boot the computer and attempt some of the Advanced Troubleshooting options?
Can you provide any specs on your system.....
Manufacturer's Name, Model Name, Model Number (complete number)?
BIOS configuration (legacy MBR or UEFI GPT)?
