Hi all!
I've done a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (tried build 1709, 1803, 1809 & insider preview), with all the latest drivers, but it is a lot slower than 8.1. Windows 8.1 boots in 17 seconds (post to desktop) and 10 takes 1 minute and 7 seconds for that! Also gaming is a lot slower: Minecraft runs at 120+ fps on 8.1, but on 10 it's 20fps. Recording with OBS on Win 10 crashes the laptop untill I put it on potato settings, but with 8.1 it can record at 1080p60 on high settings. Running all the latest drivers, + everything I tested is on the dedicated GPU.

i5-2430M @2.40GHz 2c/4t
8gb DDR3 memory
750gb WD HDD @5400rpm
Intel HD Graphics 3000 / Nvidia GeForce GT 520MX 1GB
