Permission refused to save file to this location

This is REALLY ANNOYING. I've been happily saving files to MY laptop in win7. Now, having updated to Win10, I get this message:
I click 'Yes' and I get the same pop up window. It's a never ending loop! Oh, Spare me from this CRAP.

 

[Trouble]

Browse to C:\Users\Business\Documents
Right click it and choose properties.
Select the Security Tab from along the top and examine permissions
Add or Edit as needed to full control for your specific account name.
Cascade that down to include all sub folders and files.
Use the advanced button
Take ownership of the folder
Disable inheritance from the parent container and convert existing permissions.
In every case cascade it down to subfolders and files.
