SOLVED Pop-Up Error Message

I just upgraded from Win7 to Win10. I also upgraded my HD to a 3TB Seagate BarraCuda ST3000DM008 and my SSD to a 1TB Crucial MX500. My problem is every time I restart my PC I get this pop-up ... very annoying. I know it has something to do with ATI. Any ideas how to get rid of this?

if you are certain you have an AMD GPU, try upgrading the drivers.

Update your drivers. That ought to solve the issue.

I updated ... still getting pop-up. Says "The best drivers for your device already installed." Everything is up to date. I'm using ATI Radeon HD 4290.

Window 10 Home Edition for OEM Software.

BTW ... I just opened up my Device Manager and did an Automatic Search for Updated Driver Software for each and every item on the WHOLE list. There were a few things that got updated, but now EVERYTHING is up to date. I restarted my PC ... same pop-up.

Also, a few weeks back, I did the same migration from Win7 to Win10 (same version) along with new SSD, on my dad's PC. He keeps getting the same pop-up.

[4 Solutions] Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation'

A MOM.Implementation is a AMD Catalyst software error which occurs during the installation of the AMD Catalyst software when Microsoft's .NET Framework is unable to find the files needed for it's installation.

OK davehc ... you da man! Solution 1 was the fix. For the most part, it was an un-install and re-install of the ATI Catalyst Driver. Thanks for the help.
