I don't have the ability to print documents I open from my files or from e-mails. If I right click the only option that shows up is to "save as". I have tried to put the printer icon in my tool bar but it is dark and doesnt function.

If you click on more action you will find press that it will bring up your printer.
There is where you can then make sure it is what you want
Press print and the e-mail or document you want should print out
Mine is also black on taskbar but when I press on it
It shows printer assistant where you can see your ink levels etc
