Private Windows 10 installation for separate users

When using my Macbook Pro, I can have separate users who have their own spaces on the computer. Each user is not able to see the other users files or program installations. I would like to do the same for my Windows 10 computer.

I know how to set up different users for Windows 10, but it seems each user can navigate using the Windows Explorer to the other users files. I require privacy for each user files and what programs they have installed on the same PC hardware.

Can you please help me understand how to achieve this?

Many thanks I tried this but users can still navigate to the general C:\ and can access any bitlocker drivers that were connected to the main user account and were unlocked. Is there any way to get around those concerns?

Hi GB,

navigate to a user folder, mark it and then right click and look for > Give access to > Remove access or Specific people.

MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP ALL YOUR FILES BEFORE TRYING THIS; I HAVE NEVER DONE IT SO WATCH OUT!.
