Problem with windows 10 Enterprise (64) 1809

Hi all
I have
Amd Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P
Processor : And Phenom 2 X 4 955
Ram : 4x4 = 16 Gb
SSD :250
I changed My bios setting to

OnChip SATA Type : AHCI

OnChip SATA Port4/5 Type : As SATA Type

Onboard SATA/IDE Ctrl Mode : AHCI


I have downloaded windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit version 1809

After installing on my ssd I enabled
From program features
Hyper-V
It needs a restart after restarting
My windows doesn't open
It show windows boot screen and restart again and going through diagnosing
I tried many times to repair it doesn't work
I reinstall Windows again many times
No way when I enable Hyper-V

Please help

No idea what might be going on with your system that is resulting in enabling Hyper-V causing your machine to fail to boot and run.
One thing you might check is, the manufacturer to see if they might possibly have a BIOS update for that board specifically including the revision number if any.

That seems to be an older board and processor so as @BigFeet mentions above, there may be something out there with respect to 1809 and your particular hardware configuration.

Had you been running Hyper-V on that system prior to upgrading it to 1809?

I reinstall Windows build 1709 and off course update 1809 was realesed
And I update my windows it was updating till build 1803
And off course it's working well since I decided to download Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit build 1809 esd file and decrypt it and reinstall Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit build 1809
Here when I enabled Hyper-V and it demands a restart windWin doesn't open again just windows boot screen and keep restarting
