Problems with Windows 10 Upgraded Sony Vaio Laptop, Video's Break Up

Below the display Problems with Windows 10 Upgraded Vaio Laptop.

I have a High Spec Sony Vaio 13" Laptop SVP132A1CM, i7 powered, 256GB SSD, Intel HD Graphics.

Since upgrading from 8.1 to Windows 10.
Playing DVD video Displays Fine. However running YouTube Video's via Edge or IE 11 Browser, break up, From about halfway across, the display beaks up into, streaks of the image across the right half of the Image. This occurs for a video in a page or full screen.

Condition is intermittent. I currently have Edge & IE explorer running YouTube video 's in two different windows. carrying out further Tests. God knows what's going on?

Have just discovered that the problem is cured when the laptop is just running on batteries, as power is connected and the display brightness increases streaks re-occur, maybe Windows 10 is not guilty !!!

Are you currently running the latest GPU driver from Intel?
