I have two phones that I take pictures with. An I-phone 7 and an Android Galaxy 7. Before the last update on windows 10 I could plug them into my computer and copy the pictures to my PC using the File Explorer. Now it takes me to the icon for the phone I plugged in and when I click on it says folder empty. What gives with this seemingly useless update. Is there a fix or am I doing something wrong. If anyone knows please give me a hand.
