Recovery software.

I know that I used to have some folders with photographs of Brighton on my last computer but yet again the person that I asked to move everything onto my new computer has not done so. It is possible that these folders are lurking about somewhere so could anyone please recommend a recovery application.

While I'm at it I would also like advice on an application that can be used to alter the size of colour photographs my dear wife would like me to print. I'm not interested in playing about with changing a photograph because if its no use I dump them. Just a simple application. Many thanks.

Is the old drive already formatted? If so, you will need a recovery software to restore the files.

A simple, easy to use editor is Irfanview or ,if you like, Faststone imageviewer
