I have been having problems with my Windows 10, and had a suggestion that I should re-install it. I did, but as I am a novice, I don't understand how to use the new version. For instance, I can't edit documents that I have previously written. I have looked at support, but don't really understand the language! Please could you give me a very basic description of how to do this? The other problem is that although I can find my photographs, I had them on Picasa previously, and they were all in files. As Picasa has 'gone' I don't know how to re-organise them again. Thank you!

Dee I believe if you right click on an open document, select options > security and check your user permissions, Full control, Read, Write... are selected and edit as required. Sorry I can't help you with re-organising your photo's. I'm sure other members will give you guidance with re-organising your photo's.

Thanks for replying, Norton. In fact the documents won't right click - am I opening them in the wrong place?

Dee I'm sorry for my mistake. I should have said right click on a file from within its folder. Not open the file and right click. Sorry for the confusion.
