RoboForm works fine with IE and with edge

I am having issues with RoboForm and edge, it just won't download, I have tried WSReser.exe .....nothing happens, when I go to the sore and click on RoboForm for edge the click on Launch, again nothing happens other than the refresh is highlighted,, RoboForm works fine with IE and with edge on my other two PC's but not this one, can anyone help please.
