Installed Win 11 and didn't like it. Rolled back to Win 10, but now it wants to install Win 11 at each reboot.

How can I get rid of that?

Hi dkommel

I got rid of this message, and block it with this registry key

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate] "TargetReleaseVersion"=dword:00000001 "ProductVersion"="Windows 10" "TargetReleaseVersionInfo"="21H2"

After creating the key with these Values, you merge it and reboot.
Keep this code in your files because when the next major upgrade of Windows 10 will be available, you will have to go in the Registry to change the data of “TargetReleaseVersionInfo” to the one deployed.

Bye ;)

when I try windows 11 I plan to make a clone of current SSD as insurance so I do not have to deal with this type of headache.

My HP wanted to reinstall after I removed Win11. I disabled TPM and it told me my laptop didn't meet requirements.
Problem solved!
