My task bar does not allow me to search for 'Disk cleanup' to get rid of Temporary Files. I have a nasty computer virus I am trying to get rid of, but I can't delete temporary files in safe mode. What should I do??? How do I delete Temporary Files in safe mode?

Download and run the free versions of
https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
AND
TFC.exe http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/
I'm pretty sure they will both work in Safe Mode. Allthough for practical purposes Safe Mode with Networking might be better
Follow that up with
ADWcleaner from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/
JRT (Junkware Removal Tool) from here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/dl/131/
Malwarebytes from here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/confirm/

IF you can get to C:\Windows\System32
scroll down to Cmd (cmd.exe) right click it and choose "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt window type
cleanmgr /sageset:1
hit enter
give it a minute
Check the boxes as you see fit (personally, I generally check them all but that's just me)
Click OK
Then in the same command prompt window type
cleanmgr /sagerun:1
hit enter
Allow the two windows to finish and then type exit
reboot your machine and be patient for the cleanup to complete.
