I had win8.1 before win10. I install without a problem. Starup icon and search box wasnt working. I followed the instruction in https://www.techmesto.com/fix-start-menu-broken-windows-10-technical-preview/. I worked but internet doesnt work neither with browser or other programs like steam yet it seems connected.
old programs work but very very slow. Drivers are working except one relatied with 3d ı dont know what.

I wanted to restore the PC to win8. Win8 should be preseved (I reset the pc before using systems memory) but when ı want to reset a media demanded.

So ıs there way ı could use win 10 with full capacity and Is it possible that win8 installation is deleted from systems memory

sorry for bad language and thank you

It is not clear how you arrived at Windows 10, either by an upgrade or with a custom clean install, but as you are being asked for installation media I suspect the latter rather than the former.
Depending on what computer you have, it may be possible to use the manufacturer's recovery partition to get you back to the way it came from the factory.
Other than that, if you are not seeing a rollback option in any boot menu when you restart your PC then....
That pretty much leaves you with obtaining the installation media.
You should be able to obtain the media from starting from here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
