SOLVED Scam or real

I received the following email. Look familiar? I can not tell if it is genuine or click bate scam.

I believe this earlier email has answered my previous question. At least it is a new scam format, for me anyway.

I do find it odd that Google boasts of their great ability to keep us protected yet these letters sport the Google name.
