Screenshot doesn't show the cursor

When I take a screenshot the cursor doesn't appear in the screenshot. Is there any way to ensure that the cursor does appear?

Have never found a way since beginning with MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 back in '92 although the PrntScrn did work back then with a parallel port printer [think dot-matrix] plugged in, didn't rely on Windows. I'd wonder what the effect of the "hide while typing" feature has on it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but "hide while typing" made no difference, checked or unchecked.
