This is 837 KB . Much bigger (1.08 MB) fails but it just does not look that big. Although clicking the image gives a really big image[AT.TACH=full]1363[/ATTACH]

Why are you trying to upload full screenshots? Surely you can crop it down and compress it a bit to make it less than 1MB. A 1600x900 jpeg image at 95% quality compression is less than 200K. That's not completely loss-less but still yet good enough the difference can not be easily seen.
